Precision Routed ESD Closed Cell Foams

We manufacture precision-routed ESD closed cell foam inserts designed to hold electronic components securely during storage and transportation. Using CNC routing technology, we create custom cavities that match the exact profile of your products, ensuring consistent positioning, excellent cushioning, and reliable electrostatic protection. These inserts are commonly used within reusable ESD transit systems and are frequently fitted into conductive WEZ containers and protective transit cases.

In-House Conductive Cardboard Conversion

Our facility produces conductive cardboard packaging in-house, enabling rapid manufacture of ESD-safe boxes, dividers, and custom transit packs. Vacuum Formed Conductive HIPS Trays

Die-cut foam solutions are widely used within reusable ESD transit systems, particularly when fitted into conductive WEZ containers, trays, and custom protective packaging systems designed through our ESD packaging design and prototyping process.

Bespoke ESD Divider Systems

We design and manufacture bespoke ESD fluted plastic divider systems that create organised, static-safe compartments within containers and transit cases. Divider layouts can be configured to provide any number or size of compartments, maximising the available space and ensuring products remain separated and protected during handling and transport. These systems are ideal for returnable PCB packaging, supporting efficient logistics while reducing damage risk.
