Electrostatic Conductive Black Closed Cell Foam (32kgs/m3)

A lightweight, conductive closed-cell foam designed to protect electrostatic-sensitive components during storage, handling, and transport. Its fine, uniform cell structure provides reliable electrical conductivity and consistent surface resistance, helping to dissipate static charges while delivering effective cushioning against mechanical shock.

While this material machines well and is suitable for routing inserts and custom cavities, it is not recommended for FOD-critical machining or ultra-clean manufacturing environments. For applications where FOD control is essential, a higher-grade low-shedding foam should be selected.
